Augustus John is the Aviation Security and Facilitation Inspector at the Eastern Caribbean Civil Aviation Authority (ECCAA), responsible for oversight across six participating states. With over two decades of experience in aviation security, he has led the development and implementation of policies in alignment with ICAO Annex 17. A former Manager of Civil Aviation Security Oversight for St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Mr. John is an ICAO- and ECCAA-certified Aviation Security Auditor and Instructor. He holds a BSc in Economics from the University of the West Indies and a Professional Aviation Security Management Certificate from Concordia University.
